LMSW Position Overview:

We’re seeking to add a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Psychotherapist to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will embody our core values, demonstrating a commitment to creating a therapeutic space that empowers clients on their journey to mental well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual psychotherapy to clients, fostering an environment that upholds our principles of integrity and collaboration.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, embodying integrity and accountability in all interactions.

• Participate actively in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing to a culture of collaboration and shared learning.

• Create monthly written content such as blog posts and articles, and participate in press opportunities to highlight clinical expertise and the practice’s mission

• Engage in networking with referral sources, professional groups, and community organizations to increase visibility

• Collaborate with the practice owner and team on creative outreach strategies to connect with potential clients
